Cancellation & Suspension

In cases where the client persistently or seriously fails to meet certification requirements, the licence can be suspended. During suspension, the rights and privileges of licence are ceased. When the licensee takes corrective actions to resolve issues that have resulted in Suspension, the Suspension can be revoked.
If the licensee does not take the corrective actions/fails to resolve the issues within the stipulated time, depending on the non-conformity/issue, its scope shall be reduced or licence withdrawn/cancelled.
